That depends on scope and permits, so your quote comes with a written schedule. And because one company runs your job from start to finish, the schedule actually holds.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We’re a licensed California contractor under #943985, and permits, code compliance, and inspections are part of the job, not your homework.
Can you build from plans I already have?
Absolutely. If you have drawings, we’ll price and build them. Starting from zero? We design and build under one roof, which is where we do our best work.
Who will actually be doing the work?
Our own in-house team for design and carpentry, plus a trusted local network of trades we have worked with for years, all managed by us. The same people run your job from demo to final walkthrough. No rotating cast of strangers, and we are on a first name basis by week one.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We seal off the work zone, protect floors and furniture, and leave the site clean every day. We’ll also be straight with you about the loud, dusty stretches so you can plan around them.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every project ends with a final walkthrough, and our workmanship is warrantied. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
